Our session together is a creative process designed to give focus, structure, and support to achieving your personal and professional goals. It is a partnership based on mutual trust and positive regard.
It is not psychotherapy, rather it is an exploration of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. This process brings transformation that leads to
a more authentic fulfilling life.
The cornerstone of this process is the use of imagery as a primary tool to help you unblock creativity and clarify your life purpose.
To help you become familiar with how I provide this service--
here is a sample of how our sessions might unfold:
Creativity Coaching
You know you have a dream, you are sensitive, creative and imaginative -
yet you are feeling blocked.
This is my way to help you unblock.
Appointment 1-
Getting to know you and gathering information from you (see forms below)
Creating and recording your Custom Guided Imagery CD
(an audio MP3 file is included in the price of your coaching session)
You can then get started listening to your CD every day
to help you relax and become comfortable with the process.
Appointment 2-
We begin the process of addressing your current symptoms of anxiety, feeling stuck, blocked, uninspired through the use of imagery--
I help you create a different relationship with these "blocks" so you can release that power and move on to embrace your dreams.
(For some clients, this process will be best addressed through additional sessions--if so, we will determine this together)
Appointment 3-
We continue to address any residual issues and then reinforce visualization for moving on with your life and opening to your creativity. We are creating specific
affirmations and imagery that help you visualize and reinforce your goals.
